Return Policy

Modus AV accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

 

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Open-box or used items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%, deducted from the refund.

• Special-order items, clearance items, and custom-installed products are non-refundable.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been returned, inspected, and approved.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

 

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be in new or like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.

• Special-order and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchanges depend on product availability.

• Any price difference must be paid or refunded at the time of the exchange.

Clearance and demo items at Modus AV are offered at special pricing and are considered final sale. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing.

 

Condition of Products

• Clearance and demo products are sold in “as-is” condition.

• While all items are verified to be in proper working order, they may show minor cosmetic imperfections.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect demo items thoroughly before completing their purchase.

 

Warranty

• Clearance and demo products may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

• If any warranty applies, it will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

• Modus AV does not offer additional warranties on clearance or demo items.

 

Payment

• All clearance and demo product purchases are final once payment is processed.

• No cancellations, modifications, returns, or exchanges are permitted after the transaction is complete.
