After years of building something truly special in Suwanee, we have some big news to share: Modus AV is relocating, and we could not be more excited about what this move means for our community, our clients, and the future of this business.

This is not a goodbye. It is an upgrade, and we want you with us every step of the way.

Moving Sale: July 25th at the Suwanee Location

Before we pack up and head south, we are throwing one final celebration at our current Suwanee showroom. On Saturday, July 25th, we will be hosting a Moving Sale featuring serious savings on furniture, speakers, and much more. This is your chance to take home premium gear at prices we simply cannot offer once we are settled into the new space.

What to expect at the sale:

• Deep discounts on demo and floor model speakers from top brands

• Showroom furniture and display pieces priced to move

• One-day-only pricing on select components and accessories

• A chance to say thank you in person to all of you who made Suwanee such a great run

Mark your calendars now. July 25th is the last official day of business at our Suwanee location, and we want to see as many familiar faces as possible.

Why We Are Making This Move

The short answer: we outgrew what we had, and our clients deserve more. The Suwanee showroom has been an incredible foundation, but there is only so much we can do within its walls. The new space gives us room to breathe, room to grow, and most importantly, room to serve you better.

We want to be clear: we are not leaving our client base behind. Every relationship we have built, every system we have tuned, and every ear we have trained alongside yours matters deeply to us. This move is about expanding what we can offer you, not walking away from what we have built together.

What the New Space Makes Possible

The new showroom opens up a whole new world of possibilities for Modus AV and for our community.

Here is a glimpse of what is coming:

Expanded Listening Lounge and Event Programming. More space means more room for our H.E.A.R. listening events, vinyl nights, manufacturer showcases, and community gatherings. These experiences are at the heart of what Modus AV is about, and the new location lets us do them at a level that simply was not possible before.

New Manufacturer Lines. The larger footprint allows us to bring in additional HiFi brands and expand our demo offerings. If there are manufacturers or product categories you have been hoping to hear, there is a good chance they are on our radar for the new space.

A Better Experience, Full Stop. More listening rooms. More dedicated spaces for residential and commercial consultation. More room to sit, explore, and really take your time discovering what high-fidelity audio can sound like in the right environment.

Grand Opening: Early August 2026

The official Grand Opening of our new showroom is targeted for early August 2026, and we are planning something worth showing up for. More details will be coming soon, but start clearing your schedule now.

This is an exciting time for Modus AV, and none of it would mean anything without the people who have supported us, visited us, trusted us with their homes and listening spaces, and shared in the joy of great audio. We genuinely hope you will join us as we step into this next chapter.
